any other ftms here have phallo experience? is it worth it at all?i have the worst bottom dysphoria ever. it’s genuinely debilitating at times. and i’ve looked into alternate options (metoidioplasty, etc.) and none of them have pleasing results to me. phallo is definitely not ideal as i don’t want a franken-dick, but it’s the most “realistic” looking option aside from getting a shitty prosthetic or pumping my clit for 8 hours. i think my main gripe is the giant patch of visible arm skin. do they have to do it somewhere so visible? i don’t want people on the street asking me about it. it feels like they put the graft there as a humiliation ritual of sorts. hey guys look! an ugly retarded tranny!!!!what should i even consider?

ALT!if you don't even know surgery types you should think about what your priorities are, erotic sensation, looks, size, ease of recovery, etc. RFF is the gold standard but there's a bunch of other types, only ALT and RFF allow erotic sensation though, the rest you'll have to jork it by stimulating the clit inside the dick but will likely have some normal touch sensation. there's a ohallo reddit and some website i forgot
