Women believe themselves to be such. Exclusionary “biological definitions” fail to realize the fact human sex is not as clear cut as only male and female. Although, most people believe themselves to be either male or female, and while it generally is congruent with birth sex, under such cases it is not, then people generally transition due to the immense discomfort between the incongruence of brain and body. It would make no sense to then believe someone who has transitioned from male to female and fully passes afterwards to be a feminine male or male, as that does not likely align to their internal sense of self, and also does not align to their appearance.
