I live very primitively and do not have a toilet. I have a large 10L bottle that I piss into and then empty when it gets full. I keep it clean by pouring bleach into it after every empty. I live in North America and no I'm not brown.

I put a lid on mine when Im not pissing in it and I don't notice any smells. It hardly smells when I need to empty it. It's really not that bad.Now, before I knew to put bleach in it, it'd get really fucking smelly after about a week. Like you'd just barely take the cap off for a second and the whole place would immediately reek.
