Transitioning through the private healthcare system is piss easy and cheap, there's decent surgeons too, if you're poor there's state sponsored trans clinics and even state sponsored SRS (granted the SRS has a comically long waiting list nowadays), changing your gender marker on your ID is legal and also easy, there's heavy anti-discrimination laws that everyone is afraid of, and best of all there's no retarded 1st world tranny hysteria. Most people don't even know what the fuck a tranny is or how to clock one so it's easy to pass, and if they do find out they're usually simply curious. Sure there's crime but if you don't live in the ghetto and don't act retarded and oblivious to your environment you'll be fine.
