how do i stop using this site? I’ve tried to stop multiple times but i always come back. i’ve had people stop talking 2 me because im such a doomer due to me spending half my time on here

A really large portion of social media, including this site, are that. Remember that anyone can post here, which absolutely includes bad actors who sincerely wish to harm you. When you're aware of this, it should be easy to use it less. You wouldn't drink poison, right? Of course not, it's just not appealing at all because you know it would make you sick. Same thing here.
