It depends on the ftm and one's reasons for transitioning. Many ftms have had bad experiences with men (there's a reason why SA gets brought up a lot on subs like r/ftm), some are exclusively attracted to women and dislike being around men who will show interest in them, some have low self esteem, a lot of fujoshis deeply resent cis men, etc.
