You can report it, you can also send a DMCA request to 4chan for a takedown. I've gotten someone else's nudes taken down before, if the mods are made aware of it they will be very thorough.

I don’t know where you live but if you’re in the US you can talk to the NCMEC but if not there is agencies that do help to take it down. I’m sorry that those pictures have come back again to haunt you. I don’t know why you posted pictures of yourself but that was then and now is now. I’m sorry but it is your responsibility to do what you want to do there isn’t much what we can do for you but tell you on how to handle this situation.
