>>42008255Sounds like someone could use my artichoke stew recipe:- Jarred artichoke hearts- Potatoes- Carrots- White onion, sliced- Olive oil- Lemons, juicedPortion and cut to your liking, however the emphasis should be on the artichokes. I like to cook the onions in the olive oil + salt ON LOW until they're translucent, and then I add the rest alongside seasonings to your liking (I put pepper, oregano, and bay leaf) and just cover with water. I then cook it on high until boiling, and then turn the heat down and let it simmer under a lid until everything is tender to your liking. If it's still too watery for you, take the lid off so additional water can evaporate. Taste along the way, always. I like to add a little fresh parsley at the very end, too. The most prominent flavor should be the lemon.Goes good with salty foods, like a salty fish.
