>>42009768ironically LLMs are actually decent at generating workout routines. tell it what muscle groups you wanna focus on and how often you wanna train and stuff, you can always adjust what it says later but if you've no clue where to start it's a good way to just get into it. i'd also recommend investing in some weights (even just fairly light dumbbells to start with) and keep a close eye on your form when doing exercises as a beginner, watch videos for reference and try to cut out any bad habits early on. also don't *just* work out your lower body, like lift heavier with glute exercises if you want but muscles in your core, back, shoulders etc are super important for posture and stuff so they also make you look feminine in your own way. presuming you're on HRT you won't suddenly start looking like arnold schwarzenegger if you work out your upper body, don't worry.
