Dutasteride is much, much, much more effective than Finasteride. I started it a few weeks ago and body hair grows more slowly, is less coarse, and is lighter in coloration.

You can also treat body hair via epilation and IPL.

I can't offer much more specific advice for you since my twinkdeath was at 15 and I trooned out at 25.

the biggest problem has been lots of big pores and skin getting less tight in the area of nasolabial folds, otherwise my face is pretty much the same, just an unnoticeable loss of fat (almost nothing), and my lips are considerably more plumpy for some reason. my parents both got folds into their 40s

I also started hrt to avoid twink death and didn't want boobs. But ended up fully transing and now live completely in stealth.

I'm 99% sure you are trans, just scared unconsciously to accept it. But estrogen will heal your brain and you are gonna fell into transing very easily.

Just don't play with SERMs. They have bad possible complications.
In any way, you will only get puffy nipples from estrogen for the first 3-9 months. So, don't worry about it too much.
