Best surgeons in possibly the world for both SRS and FFS. I got my FFS by an excellent surgeon covered entirely by my New York State of Health plan, and there is a Medicaid plan just for trannies and it covers literally everything (AmidaCare) 3. You can live as anonymously or as publicly as you want, and people will be largely indifferent. I see both bricks and dolls on the subway regularly and nobody cares. 4. if you're a straight trans woman, there are lots of good looking guys who will want to date you. if you date women, there are lots of queer women here and lesbian bars are explicitly trans accepting. if you're a poly/transbian/puppygirl type, then we have those here too, even though i think they are spiritually Seattle. 5. Our new mayor has explicitly supported trans people, plans to start a fund to cover trans healthcare, and doesn't bother with toxic culture war bullshit like elsewhere or treat trans people as martyrs like woke libshits.
