what the fuck is this person complaining about???? Are they saying they suddenly have those symptoms? Because they're saying they used climara before which is a wholly different medication (estradiol and levonorgestrel) while progynon is just estradiol? They basically gave themselves menopause because they're likely not dosing themselves correctly the same way, and the levonorgestrel, though having some androgenic effects, also acts as a progestin.
They've been on a progestin + E combo and now lost one of those components, which is likely why they've had this issue
