If you haven't tried it yet, I cannot recommend the oneblade enough. I'm prone to folliculitis too unfortunately, but this one has made it happen less often than other electric or manual shavers for me. I think it's because it doesn't cut the hair as close to the skin. It means you do have to shave more often though which kinda sucks.
