I went from 130 to 180 pounds on pio. It gave me massive (H cups) breasts and a huge butt and thighs. Now I feel conflicted on whether I should lose more weight (I'm down to 170ish) or gain again (potentially a lot), mostly because I hate the feeling of being fat but like how it makes my body look.

>>42022387a few things to that end, you want to make sure you're gaining/ losing the weight at a healthy rate, which is generally 2-4lbs a month. this lets the fat distribution do its thing properly without your metabolism being fucked with too much and throwing all the perma gains outta whack. second, even with the goal of gaining weight and fat going to the gym can help a lot wrt getting the fat to fill out your frame flatteringly. i would say you could afford to try dropping 20lbs in a slow and steady way and then going back to gain 30lbs. you will probably go down a bit cup size wise, but you'll maintain a lot, and they'll likely get bigger when you start gaining again.and lastly do you like gym guys cause woah mama.
