>>42025431They have multiple people in different countries, from what I hear, so I doubt the packaging is all the same. For me, it was just a plain old white bubble wrap-lined shipping envelope. The actual products within the packaging are not discreet and openly state the ingredients. If you are in the US, make sure to set notifications from your tracking number to know when it arrives.As for no communication, if you got confirmation of payment, then wait up to a week, then email them, but I haven't had a problem with them.
