>>42033751because of gatekeeping, whether intentional or notwhenever I meet a tranny with a pretty voice she either doesn't explain how she did it or she just isnt able toall instructions I see feel so esoteric and I just want to be explained step by step like a retard how to actually do it
>>42034371oh. its you
>>42034511This. I understand how it's done, but I physically cannot do it. Having a soft, open, and light voice with the right resonance causes too many muscles to work against each other, making it unusable for any practical situation. So, the only practical voice I can get sounds like a husky chain-smoker, which is honestly even worse than my masc voice. It always goes like this:>Raise larynx>widen throat(kinda like it does right before a yawn)>try not to speak with your chest>It all falls apart after a few seconds because speaking with any sort of natural inflection will cause the muscles to shift in a way making it impossible to 'hold' a voice. The worst thing is when people compare it to singing, when it's not AT ALL like it. I have a fantastic vocal range, I can sing quite well, but none of what's used in singing applies to making a fem voice. Everyone's anatomy is slightly different; you might be able to do something decent if you've always had a squirrely, higher pitched masc voice, but for a walking bass cannon like me, it just doesn't work; it's like doing picrel and trying to lift your ring finger. Then everybody gets up in arms about VFS screeching that you shouldn't do it, but I'm starting to think the only reason so many discourage it is because people who can afford it would invalidate all their effort to feel better.
>>42034483ig kind of like a nice hat yeah
>>42034511i learned i shouldve gatekept the hard way. one time taught a girl the exercises i did to voice train, stopped talking to her for awhile.. a year later and she sounded exactly like me. horrifying experience. never again, im only being vague from now one
