Wrong, it's produced by food decomposition in the digestive tract. No food moving through a colon vag, and even if you shoved some up there for god knows what reason the colon doesn't do food breakdown so it would cause some entirely different problems. A properly cared for colon vag has a very neutral taste. Not super salty, not sour. And no strong odor either.
