Honestly, if they continue to be a thorn in the side of future governments and a very real terrorism threat. I genuinely see increased online policing and controlled spread of diseases in chud strongholds, at least to thin the herd. Left govs will most likely provide care in urban left regions but sit on their hands while future pandemics steamroll MAGA cult communities and natural selection does it's job. Not to mention they'll receive even more increased levels of social isolation & have to withdraw entirely from non chud society. Think increased home"schooling" and moving to the woods, they could very easily become their own isolated backwoods cultural group like anabaptists but more dysfunctional and less tolerated.
