You know, all the information available about DIY can be intimidating, but it's really as simple as ordering a vial of estradiol enanthate and injecting every week. From there you can see how you feel after a few months, adjust your dosage and possibly start t blockers or prog, but it's super easy to get started.

I'm a big supporter of the idea of just people trying HRT. No pressure to label yourself as anything. Some people just feel better on estrogen, some feel better on testosterone. The only way to know for sure is to try, and sometimes knowing how you feel on both hormones can help you learn more about yourself.

If estrogen is something you think could improve your life, go ahead and try it. You'll find out really quickly if you do or don't like how it feels. Go to one of the homebrew vendors from your country on the HRT cafe site, and order a vial of estradiol enanthate. Get yourself some alcohol pads and insulin needles. The whole thing should cost only about $100, the difficult part is dealing with bitcoin. You can worry about the more complicated stuff later, but it's that easy to get started estrogen.

The injections are better than pills, they're cheaper and easier to source, and you can typically inject enough estrogen to naturally suppress your testosterone without need to take a blocker (the pills will damage your liver if you take them in that quantity, I think?)

Needle fears are tough to get over. Insulin needles are great because the needle is super tiny, you barely even feel it, and they're better for your vial since you're poking a smaller hole. Only downside is it takes longer to draw the oil through the needle.

You just have to psyche yourself into poking yourself with a very very small piece of metal... You know, I think the hardest part is making the decision that you want to take control of your life this way. A tiny prick is nothing in comparison. But you can find your own way to get over that first shot, it's easy from there
