>>42047520no but the hairline lowering part is. you can get a type iii without the facelift if they do the bicoronal incision, but that raises your hairline unless you're getting simultaneous hair transplants like facialteam does. if you go for the hairline incision and surgical hairline lowering, then they're going to remove and discard a section of your forehead skin. that IS a facelift, or in medical terms, a rhytidectomy. picrel is part of my upper FFS bill. yes I technically had an upper facelift, no it doesn't look unnatural. the only thing is I just can't get *another* upper facelift done when I get old and wrinkly, because *then* they'll be overstretching shit and getting into the bog zone. basically you've got a finite lifetime "budget" for getting work done before it all looks plastic and fake, and FFS eats deep into that budget. so do your research carefully and make sure you get shit done right the first time, because the odds of bogging go up exponentially with each subsequent surgery on the same part of your face.
