I've never been fat in my life even when I was going through a binge eating phase. if I eat too much in a week I just get a belly that goes away quick if I go back to normal.

If you aren't just binge eating in response to a low appetite phase and genuinely end up on the trajectory to being overweight, look into DIYing GLP-1 agonists. They were more effective than years of intensive therapy for me and aren't addictive crack that wears off at night like Vyvanse. The only side effect you will really have to worry about is slowed digestion and they're cheap if you are autistic enough to find a good source. I easily made my money back on the food and addictive meds it helped me quit.
