For MTF is this worth fixing? I have a long recessed caveman face, more masculine than this guy. I thought maybe to begin having FFS it's better to have a more normal starting point.

Depends how recessed you are, if it's anything like picrel then get double jaw first. Though I know there's some Korean surgeons that do FFS with double jaw if that's something that's feasible

If it's not as bad I'm not really sure. i'm considering getting double jaw as well but i'm worried it'll make my chin look even longer
