PROHIBITION ON PARTICIPATION OF MALES IN ATHLETICPROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES AT THE MILITARY SERVICEACADEMIES THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR WOMEN ORGIRLS.>(a) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of Defense shall ensure thatthe United States Military Academy, the United States NavalAcademy, and the United States Air Force Academy do not permita person enrolled at such an Academy whose sex is male to partici-pate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for womenor girls.>b) RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this section shall beconstrued to prohibit the United States Military Academy, theUnited States Naval Academy, or the United States Air ForceAcademy from permitting males to train or practice with an athleticprogram or activity that is designated for women or girls so longas no female is deprived of a roster spot on a team or sport, S. 1071—164opportunity to participate in a practice or competition, scholarship,admission to an educational institution, or any other benefit thataccompanies participating in the athletic program or activity.>(c) DEFINITIONS.—In this section—>(1) the term ‘‘athletic programs and activities’’ includesall programs or activities that are provided conditional uponparticipation with any athletic team; and>(2) the term ‘‘sex’’ means a person’s reproductive biologyand genetics at birth.>SEC. 559B. ORGANIZATION OF ARMY WAR COLLEGE.The Secretary of the Army shall—>(1) incorporate the Army War College into the ArmyUniversity; and>(2) direct the head of the Army War College to reportto the head of the Army University.>(D) develop, implement, or maintain an employeeresource group or an affinity group based on race, color,ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, orgender identity;
