Tbh a trans woman will never have a build that looks remotely like a cis woman's without a bunch of cosmetic surgery and/or being a gigayoungshit. I'm not even a hon but it's plainly clear that my build is not the build of a cis woman, my breasts are not big enough for my chest and that will never change. Cis women have no idea how lucky they are.
If it's cosmetic it is possible to change. I worry about the shit I can't change. Like bones
