>>42091616nta but if you gain weight on pio you'll gain subcutaneous fat all over. it *favours* more fat distribution in the lower body but you won't only get it there. especially if you like frequently eat at a surplus on it your body simply can't stock it all in peripheral fat deposits so some of it does end up in the stomach, just more in the form of squish than like hard tummy fat. my personal experience with pio is it made my ass fatter and improved my WHR but not dramatically or anything, i still recommend trying it, i feel we don't have anywhere near enough info on hacking fat distro and the more people try different things the better.

Any tips for someone whos hit a plateau when it comes to gaining/bulking? I've been working on trying to gain as much as I can before the bf gets here but for the past month I've been stuck at 190 and cant seem to get anywhere else.
