>Defense bill bans males from women's sports at military academies

https://www.foxnews.com/sports/defense-bill-bans-males-from-womens-sports-military-academies

>Trans athletes have been prohibited from competing in NCAA sports dating back to February 6

>The 2025 U.S. defense bill, the National Defense Authorization Act, which passed the Senate on Wednesday and is headed to President Donald Trump's desk, includes provisions that ban biological males from women's sports at U.S. military academies.

>"The NDAA also permanently prohibits men from playing on women’s sports teams at all military academies," reads a section of a Dec. 9 administrative statement addressing the bill from Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Ala.

>Trans athletes have been prohibited from competing in NCAA sports dating back to February 6, when the NCAA updated its gender eligibility policy to comply with Trump's "Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports" executive order.

>A federal appeals court has also recently allowed the Pentagon to temporarily enforce its ban on transgender military service members.

>The latest bill is one of the last remaining items that congress will address in 2025.

>Lawmakers banded together to pass the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a roughly $901 billion package crammed to the brim with defense policy that unlocks funding for several of the Trump administration’s national defense priorities.

>The measure passed through the upper chamber on a 77-20 bipartisan vote. It’s a perennial legislative exercise lawmakers undertake, and one that normally comes and goes with little fuss, given that Congress typically bookends the year with it.

>Other provisions, like a requirement for the Pentagon to release the unedited footage of boat strikes in the Caribbean in exchange for fully funding the Department of War’s travel fund, raised eyebrows but didn’t slow down the package’s success.

stop tolerating faith

>That provision comes as lawmakers demand more transparency in the Trump administration’s strikes against alleged drug boats, and in particular, as they seek the release of the footage from a Sept. 2 double-strike on a vessel.

>"This defense authorization act, although it doesn't have as much in there for defense as a lot of us would like, is a step in the right direction," Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., said. "And I think the defense appropriations bill, which hopefully we'll vote on later this week, is another example of the investment that we need to be making, to ensure that in a dangerous world, we are prepared to defend America and American interests."

Full genocide of the evangelical christian population in america would solve 90% of the "culture war"

There is nothing in the Bible that is explicitly anti-trans, transphobia can’t be “easily disregarded” as coming from religious beliefs like homophobia can.
>>

You are aware that
1. Evangelicalism isn't a defined "thing" right? It means any different things to different people. In Lutheranism, evangelicalism simply means "gospel". I know, I grew up in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and they allowed trans pastors since 2009.
2. Even in "evangelical" circles there is a divide LGBT issues. See pic related.
3. Even if you manged to do that, there is still a significant number of atheists who oppose transgenderism, such as Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Michael Shermer, Steven Pinker and James A. Lindsay. You fundamentally ignore the root cause of all this, capitalism. Instead you focus on religion.

The cultural forces behind transphobia predate capitalism. It's patriarchy.

full genocide of the Black Americans would solve 50% of homicides, but that doesn't mean it's the right way to go about it
also take your meds schizo

>full genocide of the Black Americans would solve 50% of homicides,
It would also cause complete chaos in the gay community with depriving them 100% of BBC

even if what you saying was true (not saying it isn't, i've never read any religious text in my life), it still wouldn't really matter. let's not pretend religious people actually believe in all this shit and not just selectively use it to confirm their preexisting biases

I said faith
I did not say anything about any particular religion, or even religion at all, because I mean faith in general
start rejecting claims rooted in the unfalsifiable

>Under President Donald Trump, that war is taking a sharp turn toward the secular.

>Banning gender treatments for minors, prohibiting transgender people from serving in the military, penalizing educators for teaching “critical race theory,” and asking federal employees to snitch on managers who promote diversity, equity and inclusion are in. New and aggressive strategies to restrict abortion access are out.

>Trump’s early actions in his White House return reflect a bigger-tent GOP being shaped by a MAGA coalition that includes not only the evangelical Protestants and Catholics who have long made up the party’s socially conservative core, but a contingent of nonreligious Trump acolytes who are predominantly young, male and far more libertarian — and sexually libertine — than their Christian counterparts, according to interviews with more than a dozen religious and secular social conservatives. The latter group vehemently opposes policies that affirm transgender individuals and promote diversity, equity and inclusion, but take a more laissez-faire approach to past culture war issues such as abortion and same-sex marriage.

>Secular culture war issues — waged under the banner of “common sense” — meanwhile proved critical in building Trump’s 2024 electoral coalition by helping woo younger men, including Black and Latino men.

>A senior White House official, granted anonymity to discuss the administration’s thinking, described the approach as an effort to course correct from “crazy land” and restore “normalcy in American culture.” The official acknowledged it’s an effort that has appeal to parts of the president’s base that approach this issue both from a faith-based and a secular perspective.

As an atheistic homophobe, I already knew all this.

>He thinks hatred of weirdos and faggots is a religion thing

Anon, its a part of the human condition. Faggotry is not normal. Meaning not the thing that everyone else is conditioned from birth to do. That's the primary concern, not faith. If you make yourself different from the majority you should expect to be a target and its a good thing that you are, hating and fighting you and your kind will make normal people stronger, as has been the way with crushing minority interests out of hand since the beginning of recorded history.

You're just asspained that nothing has changed about humanity in the last 10,000 years when you genuinely thought people were becoming acceptant of faggotry and that was your fuck-up. Humanity does not, is not, and will not change from its default configuration of hate, survival and motivated self-interest. This is going to be the state of our society, of all societies, literally forever. No matter what laws anybody passes, no matter what people try to change, no matter what people profess is 'normal', we will always be exactly the same race of people that we were 10,000 years ago. No exceptions.

That being said. You don't want to be a target? Stop being a faggot, faggot.
