>April 26, 2025 - Hungary - “Gender identity” removed from the Act CXXV of 2003 on Equal Treatment and the Promotion of Equal Opportunities
>July 1, 2025 - Iowa - “Gender identity” removed from the Iowa Civil Rights Act
>September 9, 2025 - Arlington, Texas - “Gender identity” / “sexual orientation” suspended until further noticed from the Arlington’s Anti-Discrimination Chapter
>~November 25 – December 5, 2025 - Sandpoint, Idaho - “Gender identity” / “sexual orientation” removed from the Sandpoint City Code

Georgia, Hungary and Iowa did maintain sexual orientation however.

At least my county enacted SOGI protections this September.
