Yeah, but it sometimes sounds cute to some of us.
I obviously dgaf if I'm called anon. Heck, I dgaf even when I'm called "he" IRL (in fact it comes off as hilarious to others too since I'm a passoid).
With that said, some nonas here were legit enchanted when I called 'em that. And I won't lie that I sometimes find it cute and a bit endearing.

It's no different than any other 4chan term.
