anons how do you get pio? i desperately want to gain weight but never have been able to , 3 years on estrogen and i'm still rail thin, doctors won't prescribe it for off label usepls help me get fat :(

>>42113349I had the same issues as you anon and I've been on pio for like 13 days and still haven't become any more hungry/open to food or seen any changes in fat. Ngl it might be just a placebo.
