if you're trying to lose weight it's best to focus on sustainability rather than expediency of results bc often times when ppl try things like crash dieting, they quickly gain back the weight and then some. my most simple advice is just to maintain a calorie deficit and eat more foods high in protein and fiber while taking some daily vitamins to help manage cravings and hunger.
>>42113798no worries. i shed about that much in a 6-8 month period by just cutting carbs and tracking my calories, staying under 1400ish a day. if you like to cook, that can make things easier. the first few days really sucked but your body will readjust to the lower intake. i thought counting calories would be a real pain in the ass but the cronometer app and a simple kitchen scale made it really quite effortless. going to assume you live a more active lifestyle than myself so that would help things move along even quicker.

dont eat and do fasted cardio daily at least 40+ minsdont listen to idiots telling you it doesnt work because you 'put it back on' thats your choice once you lost all the weight if you want to binge and get fat again doesnt mean it doesnt work. And personal experience my stomach shrinks way smaller on long fasts so after i cant binge without being in extreme pain so you naturally eat smaller portionsif you wanna lose weight nothing works better than NOT EATING
