Should I just cut my losses and do it? Public healthcare is impossible to get top surgery through. I asked multiple times for a referral and they all told me it can take several years. I believe I was either ghosted or it's taking over 10 years to be approved for top surgery. I have to get private top surgery. The problem is that I'm ugly but not in a sympathetic way and I'm uncharismatic and no one would ever donate to me.
