>>42118437I loathe myself an insane amount. I have for a long time, but it's seriously starting to fuck up the rest of my life now. My low self-esteem is interfering with relationships and it's made me significantly more depressed for a significantly longer amount of time than has previously occurred.I also have a ton of executive dysfunction so I can get approximately one thing done per day unless I really really really want to do it and it doesn't take too many spoons. I'm not 100% NEET (but not full-time employed) despite this, but it's a terrible quality to have if you want to make enough to support your future transgender wife and pay for her surgeries. I go into intensive therapy soon and I need to start consistently taking my adderall. My hope is that if/when I am mentally healthy enough for full-time employment and a good relationship, I will be able to hold down a 9-5 as well as my usual side hustle and make enough to support transgender wife as well as save for her surgeries (or ideally, insurance premiums + copayments for her surgeries).
