nothing but estrogen and spiro. i do take a multivitamin/fish oil, & buy some real fancy product for my hair type (ouidad's curl shaper line) along with wearing a silk bonnet at night, cutting my own split ends, & overall babying my hair (washing it in ice cold water only, low and slow with the hair dryer, etc). but so long as you take your hrt, have good levels, and dont have any medical issues going on like thyroid or lack of vitamins, it shouldn't thin.
