replace some of the more refined carbs with wholegrain ones - e.g. I only eat wholegrain bread, so I get more satiety per slicealso eat more protons, e.g. I throw some skyr when I don't get my 30g/meal, same reason - satiety, as well as better preserving stuff when losing weightfiber ofcso overnight oats with some frozen fruit is not a bad way to have a 600kcal breakfast be very filling
