I'm fucked I can't exercise and unless I'm snacking constantly at work I'm a useless ball of stress. And it's making me look hella manly too :(

switch up your snacks from pure sugar to something else. even like dried (possibly sugared) fruit is better. i love dried mangoes and thats my go to snack. theyre a bit expensive though.

also eat more protons, e.g. I throw some skyr when I don't get my 30g/meal, same reason - satiety, as well as better preserving stuff when losing weight

so overnight oats with some frozen fruit is not a bad way to have a 600kcal breakfast be very filling
