I know being trans isn't exactly a mental illness because even on my worst, most depressing days when I doubt anything I did in my life, I still come to the conclusion that transitioning was the right choice and I would've done it no matter what. If I would've had an easier life, I would've likely just transitioned at a later age.
yea being trans is only a symptom of the mental illness which is dysphoria
