Media promoting unrealistic beauty standards for women are SPECIFICALLY pushed to transwomen only to feed the plastic surgery-medical complex, profiting off of your mental anguish that it was the cause of in the first place.
But why? Why do they target transwomen in this way?
Of course, there is the fact that transwomen are a marginalized and oppressed group that is more vulnerable to such predatory marketing. One could boil the reason behind transwomen being targeted specifically for plastic surgery down to plain old opportunism. Companies saw that transwomen were a vulnerable group and exploited them for profit and nothing more, there was no true malice against transwomen behind their actions. Just cold, calculating, unfeeling greed.
But no, that’s the GENEROUS reading of things.
The end goal, what they want more than anything else, is to erase trans people from existence. The TRUE goal behind FFS? To sand away every single individuality that made you, you. To erase who you are and force conformity. You become another faceless characterless barbiedoll that the society so values. Easy to control, easy to pose in whichever way they see fit.
