I honestly do not know what the deal with ftm rep in cartoons is. Just have a guy character that's maybe a bit small but otherwise sounds and looks like a normal male and seems like he's overcompensating all the time then slowly proves himself as being masculine ideals like strong and brave and he learns to be more confident in his status as a man despite being a manlet.
