>>42152419high chance of death. the best you can reasonably do is a self orchi, though i think the most reasonable version of this for most people is injecting them with isopropyl and letting them necrose some before going to a hospital where they will be removed due to being unsalvageable, though i'd only consider this if i was about to lose access to hrt forever, as in the case they're gonna throw me in jail for being a tranny or something. anything else you're just asking for permanent mutilation that will hinder the effectiveness of future srs by an actual surgeon. for the most part it just isn't really relevant since monotherapy works fine
