tbqh I've been on hrt for a shorter time then op and got really lucky with how my body is taking to E. I'm 6'1" and started to male fail at 4 months, it really is a lot of thing going on at once too. I started voice training pre hrt and I socially transitioned for a year before hrt as well and I kept my body fit too (as in not too much fat and not too much mussel).
