I enjoy watching various massage and chiropractic asmr because I enjoy all of the scraping and cracking noises. Just listening to it is very therapeutic for me. I crack plenty of my own joints regularly, I know how to crack my neck, and know plenty of reflexology massage points that I've practiced on myself. I wish I had a bf to practice on, I've watched so many videos at this point that I'm confident in my abilities. Some of it is going to be satisfying, a lot of it is going to hurt, but it'll be the good kind of hurt I can relieve so much accumulated tension in your body
