Many will say they have no dysphoria, but then slowly describe dysphoria on the physical front without realising it, especially after starting HRT. It's not uncommon for the "non-dysphorics" who transition physically suddenly realise that they were miserable before HRT and were literally dissociating hard core and just numbing out.Do they take HRT?
