Are trans women more prone to UTIs like cis women?

Define "more"
UTI risk is a function of how short your urethra is. Trans women have smaller dicks (estrogen + intersex conditions), and are more likely to do chastity with urethral inserts, and may have SRS. so the odds as a group will be higher than cis men, but its unclear if it would match or be higher than cis women without knowing how much each risk factor contributes to the total incidence or doing a study

Anyway thats why your definition of "more" matters. Do you want a statistically significant difference or a number near the other, and if so how near and at what confidence interval?
