Some of the stuff he did hurt me, but I get that he was ultimately avoiding an actual relationship, so I don't blame him. Basically the point I'm trying to make is that you should forgive it, but you need to find out if "yet" is ever going to happen, and it shouldn't happen again, either because you move on and don't go anywhere, or you actually get together and stop playing pretend.
