i get butthole dysphoria bc my asshole is disgusting and bulges out whenever i strain it and i dont really know why. i guess i flew too close to the sun fingering myself daily. its not a hemorrhoid and its not like prolapsed or anything it just looks puffy and has an ugly skin tag that never went away after years
