1. A biological male who yearns to be seen as female. Their biology wouldn't be overlooked.

I guess I'm asking you to clarify your point. You seem to be drawing a distinction between biology and phenotype which makes no sense. The body hair on a transitioning ftm exists because underlying biological changes. A hysterectomy directly alters anatomy. Biology is not being overlooked at all when a straight man is not into a person like that. Likewise, you seem to be ignoring that corresponding changes also happen in mtfs
