>>42230707okay now i disagree. i've known plenty of trannies who've gotten this procedure and on almost all of them it looks great, i also had it done and personally it made my figure pass way better both clothed and naked (and looks so much nicer than just wearing a padded bra). it's had the highest return on investment of anything i've done for my transition so far. no surgeon is going to recommend tiny implants unless patients really push for it, if anything they might not actually fit a lot of trannies because the base width's often too narrow even for medium to large framed cis women. usually anywhere in the 300s or 400s in cc's is good and looks normal. surgical technique and profile is way more important though. high profile looks better in the vast majority of cases imo, they look perky and more projected and that can actually make the chest appear narrower visually, whereas moderate profiles seem to add more width and mass even with less cc's. of course if you're completely bonefucked then BA won't fix that but by no means is it a bad surgery for the majority of trannies to get and i hate when people spread misinformation about it.
