In my experience, mono just works better than pills + AA anyways. Also, you'll want blood tests no matter which way you're doing it, at least until your levels are good and consistent.

>>42237203A good option is to lie to your doctor that you can DIY at any time so it will force them into a position of giving you official hrt no matter what because theyre afraid of you going on unofficial hrtAlso i have no idea what your experiences with blood tests or injections are, but i can tell you that injections on your legs are 1000% easier and less painful than injections on the arms (what you typically get from doctors), and for blood tests, request to lie down during them, it helps a ton
