I started t a couple of months ago and it says consistently that my voice is in the male range yet I am still easily treated as a woman in public (might be my long hair, I'm trying to hrtrep). How to fix?

You can have a deep voice and sound like a woman or a high voice and sound like a man, depending on resonance, inflections, etc.These tools are not useful except for checking your vocal range.

Mine dropped hard and fast in the first few months, annoyingly along with some kind of hearing change that made low voices sound normal-pitched and high voices insufferable, so that I don’t sound low to myself but do to everyone else. But I didn’t pass until nearly a year in.

Never understood the obsession with pitch. I get that it is vital for passing, but the hyperfocus on averages and graphical plots is just silly, when you HEAR a person speaking. Nobody hears an average or data points on axes. Contralto sounds so different from tenor voice, because quality matters so much. You can hear natal sex instantly and it is so hard to change that it is no.1 clocking ability.
