ive always had constant brainfog and dissociation symptoms. if i cant achieve passoid status will hrt at least cure my retardation?
>>
>>42269590
Yeah i had the same issue and now i can think so clear and understand myself so well
>>
>>42269590
Yes, I can think and cry now it's so amazing, I'll never take this for granted
>>
>>42269590
you should also take lots of vitamins like omega 3 and maybe do keto for a bit it'll help too
>>
>>42269590
yea it's helps, i basically wasn't a person pre hrt with how heavy i was dissociating all the time now i'm much better

>before HRT
>brain fog

>after HRT
>brain fog

i have upper airway resistance syndrome
>>
>>42270775
What's that?
>>
>>42270790
it means i have chronic airway blockage leading to difficulty getting enough oxygen thru my nose and a constant feeling of being somewhat out of breath. it can lead to chronic fatigue issues, attention deficit, poor impulse control, unrestful sleep from chronic sleep apnea due to your brain constantly waking you up to breathe, all that stuff
>>
>>42270832
Holy shit I have this.
>>
>>42270832
How did you get it diagnosed and treated?
>>
>>42270861
Yeah, how do I get this fixed?
>>
>>42270861
They put a bunch of machines on me to study my sleep
It's also a byproduct of slight bimaxillary retrognathia so treatable in this case
>>
>>42270895
What would you recommend for me who has it?
>>
>>42270886
Surgery depending on what causes yours there are couple of ways to go about it
Typically a surgery involving moving forward the lower or upper jaws
>>42270907
Go see an orthodontist might be recessed jaws
>>
>>42270895
Hmmm, okay. Just a normal sleep study then? I might have that since I have a slightly recessed chin.
>>
>>42270915
I was already considering seeing an orthodontist to correct it but I do not want double jaw surgery that shit looks awful and would delay FFS.
>>
>>42270919
That's typically the cause yes
Even more likely if your upper jaw is recessed which it might be without you knowing
>>
>>42270930
I don't think my upper jaw is recessed. I wanted to slightly adjust my lower jaw just to reduce a protruding mouth look.
>>
>>42269590
>brain fog after HRT award
>>
>>42270959
negative times negative equals positive
>>
>>42270955
>I don't think my upper jaw is recessed
That's right you think
>>42270929
If you perform FFS then they might not be able to perform DJS afterwards as there might be complications from the scar tissue from jaw angle shaving leading to maxillomandibular advancement being impossible without affecting important nerves. The ideal situation would be a maxillofacial surgeon who can perform boths or parts of boths
>>
>>42270978
I didnt have it before
>>
>>42270989
ah fuck

So first visit an orthodontist, and then see about maxillofacial surgery?
>>
>>42271041
Just visit whichever one you visit for a pre-surgery consultation and make sure to let each other know about the upcoming operations you're having. See if there's a way you can work it out.
>>
>>42271065
Oh my bad you don't have a surgeon yet forgot. Yes orthodontist. Performing the jaw surgery and orthodontic work before FFS is crucial
>>
>>42271076
God I hope I don't need jaw surgery... I've already delayed FFS so much just due to saving up money...
>>
>>42271092
That's on you to decide. Either TMJ pain, chronic airway blockage, high blood pressure, attention deficit, chronic fatigue, or FFS now. Either way your orthodontist will tell you if you actually need it. Hell, braces could be enough of you're not so recessed.
>>
>>42269590
I thought HRT would take away the brain fog and then I remembered I've stayed high daily since I was sixteen
>>
>>42271134
I had braces as a teen and I never want metal braces again. Blood pressure is good. I do have ADHD but the brain fog I get is intermittent and relatively recent (past few years), and sister had CFS.
>>
>>42271135
yeah but i actually started feeling the weed hangovers again instead of just numb
>>
>>42269590
I'm a repper and I have really bad brainfog but some of that is probably just because I disassociate from reality basically 24/7
>>
>>42274028
so troon out

why would you do this to yourself? troon and you won't have to dissociate.
>>
>>42274031
wish I could, but I have my reasons unfortunately
