Back in 2018 I bought a cattle castration thingy and put the band over my balls to try to cause necrosis by cutting off blood flow. The plan was to go to the emergency room after and them having no choice but to cut my dead balls off and stick me in a mental hospital. Like 45 minutes in it was so intensely excruciating I had to take it off. Not just my balls but like this radiating pain that went all the way up into my stomach. I sometimes think about permanently destroying my balls with alcohol but I'm scared of medical complications.
